About this tool
Many forms, landlords and online portals only accept PDF, even when what you have is a handful of phone photos: an ID card, a signed page, receipts or homework. This converter places each picture on its own page and saves them all as one PDF that opens anywhere.
Pick A4 or US Letter for documents that may be printed, or "Same as each image" for a PDF that matches the pictures exactly. With orientation on Auto, wide photos get landscape pages and tall ones portrait, and the image is scaled to fit inside the margin without stretching. Phone photos are turned upright using the rotation stored in the file, and WebP images are converted automatically.
JPG and PNG files are embedded without being re-compressed, so the PDF keeps their full quality. All work happens on your device. Tip: name scans 01, 02, 03 and set the page order to "By file name" to get them in sequence instantly.
Frequently asked questions
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The PDF is built by your browser on your own device. Your images are never sent anywhere, which makes it safe for IDs and personal documents.
How do I change the page order?
Pages follow the order in the list. Remove an image and add it again to move it to the end, or set "Page order" to "By file name" under More options. For drag-and-drop ordering, use Merge PDF, which also accepts images.
Why is my photo no longer sideways?
Phones save a rotation flag instead of rotating the pixels. This tool reads that flag and draws the picture upright, as you saw it on your phone.
Will the images lose quality?
JPG and PNG are embedded as they are, with no extra compression. WebP and rotated photos are re-encoded at high quality, which is visually lossless.
How big will the PDF be?
Roughly the total size of your images. To make it smaller, shrink the photos first with the Image Compressor.
